These cute little eggs are proudly made in Lim Chu Kang, Singapore.

What are first born eggs?

• First eggs laid by hens at about 18 weeks old
• Noticeably smaller than usual eggs
• Very well loved for their brightly coloured yolks and a unique richness that eggs from an older hen simply don’t have.
• First Born eggs also hold together beautifully (like little mountains) in the pan, so are incredible for poaching and frying.
• Smaller size of first born eggs only last about 4-8 weeks before they get bigger. They’re not around for long and that’s why they’re not available all year round.

Functional Food
Utilizing the latest feed research, Nuyolk has successfully transformed an egg beyond its basic food function. Nuyolk Fresh Eggs are fortified with:

• Astaxanthin
• DHA- Omega 3 Fatty Acids
• Organic Selenium
• Vitamin D3
• Vitamin E

Storage Guidelines

• Expiry Date of Minimum 30 Days.
• Due to special nutrient inside our fortified eggs, namely Astaxanthin, Organic Selenium, Vitamin E & D, and Omega 3 Fatty acids-DHA, it is advisable to store the eggs in fridge upon receiving it.

Coconut Oil Coating on Egg Shells

• Our egg shell appear oily because it is lightly coated with food grade coconut oil to maintain freshness of our premium eggs based on intensive research. 
• As coconut oil solidifies under 25 degrees celcius, you may notice some white flakes on shells while kept chilled. These are normal and safe.
